The SWIM! (Superior Waterpark Inspiration & Motivation!) Awards, a new awards competition sponsored by the World Waterpark Association, are designed to recognize the hard work and dedication it takes to train, inspire and maintain exceptional, motivated employee teams who provide outstanding guest service at waterparks.

Categories include:

• SWIM! Recruiting and Hiring Programs
• SWIM! Front-Line Employee Training Programs
• SWIM! Seasonal Supervisor Training Programs
• SWIM! Employee Retention and Reward Programs

This award competition is designed to allow waterpark owners and managers to share the exceptional management programs they have developed at their facilities with the rest of the waterpark industry. Plus, the competition allows others to learn what works well so they can implement similar programs at their own facilities. Entries are due August 1 each year.
